Classes are 1 hour. Jane Fonda still looks amazing, right? Don't knock it till ya try it! An intense aerobics class using the almighty Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and booty. This class has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. It improves overall fitness by building strength , reducing fat, and boosting your cardiovascular health. Please consult a licensed physician before attempting new physical fitness regimens. STEP ONE - WHAT TO PURCHASE All students wanting to attend can purchase a Drop In. STEP TWO - WHAT TO WEAR/WHAT TO BRING Attire - Sneakers/dance shoes with workout attire. We have a bathroom if you need to change before class. STEP THREE - ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS STARTS Please come in 10 minutes before your first class so you can get acclimated to the studio, change (if you need to) and meet with your teacher to discuss any injuries or concerns. 10-Minute Late Policy — While we understand there are a variety of reasons for being late that may be beyond your control, for insurance and liability reasons we cannot allow students to join class if they are more than 10 minutes late. Those being denied entry for being late will not be refunded for the class. Exceptions for this are only made for medical emergencies when accompanied with a note from a licensed physician.
To cancel or reschedule, please do so 20 minutes prior to class starting. No shows will be charged for their spot in class.
