SPINNING®, or indoor cycling, is a fun yet intense cardio-based class that takes place on specialized Spinner bikes. Riders are challenged both mentally and physically as they work through a variety of class profiles including hills, flats, sprints, jumps, intervals, and more alongside fantastic playlists. Let our instructors guide you through an awesome workout that will keep you coming back. **Classes are 60 in length with 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of strength training.** This class is suited for all fitness levels. **Some classes will require the use of Disco headphones. You know, we are really into the "new age" stuff over here! They are sanitized after every use :) ** 10-Minute Late Policy — While we understand there are a variety of reasons for being late that may be beyond your control, for insurance and liability reasons we cannot allow students to join class if they are more than 10 minutes late. Those being denied entry for being late will not be refunded for the class. Exceptions for this are only made for medical emergencies when accompanied with a note from a licensed physician.
