Service Description

Take your workout to the next level with High Intensity Interval Training. This class will build muscular strength and improve cardiovascular fitness through various exercises performed at specific intervals. It is also our only class that switches its core workout weekly. One week you might do AirBoxing HIIT and the next you might do Circuit Training HIIT. We like to give you variety! Whatever it is that week, you'll be sweating like a banshee.... STEP ONE - WHAT TO PURCHASE All students wanting to attend can purchase a Drop In, 5 Class Pass, 10 Class Pass, 20 Class Pass or Monthly Membership to attend. Please go to MINDBODY to register for classes. STEP TWO - WHAT TO WEAR/WHAT TO BRING Attire - Sneakers with workout attire. We have a bathroom if you need to change before class. STEP THREE - ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS STARTS Please come in 10 minutes before your first class so you can get acclimated to the studio, change (if you need to) and meet with your teacher to discuss any injuries or concerns. 10-Minute Late Policy — While we understand there are a variety of reasons for being late that may be beyond your control, for insurance and liability reasons we cannot allow students to join class if they are more than 10 minutes late. Those being denied entry for being late will not be refunded for the class. Exceptions for this are only made for medical emergencies when accompanied with a note from a licensed physician.
