Need an extra push? Our Bootcamp class is designed to keep you on your toes! We want to keep you guessing - each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone. Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but be prepared for some circuit training burn! Increase strength training with some snip-its of cardio in between. Not only will you work your heart, but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength...because STRONG is the new sexy ;) **Some classes will require the use of Disco headphones. You know, we are really into the "new age" stuff over here! They are sanitized after every use :) ** STEP ONE - WHAT TO PURCHASE All students wanting to attend can purchase a single class, 5 Class Pass, 10 Class Pass, 20 Class Pass or Monthly Membership to attend. Please go to MINDBODY to register for class. STEP TWO - WHAT TO WEAR/WHAT TO BRING Attire - Sneakers/dance shoes with workout attire. We have a bathroom if you need to change before class. STEP THREE - ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS STARTS Please come in 10 minutes before your first class so you can get acclimated to the studio, change (if you need to) and meet with your teacher to discuss any injuries or concerns. 10-Minute Late Policy — While we understand there are a variety of reasons for being late that may be beyond your control, for insurance and liability reasons we cannot allow students to join class if they are more than 10 minutes late. Those being denied entry for being late will not be refunded for the class. Exceptions for this are only made for medical emergencies when accompanied with a note from a licensed physician.
